Terms and Conditions for Casa La Rosa

1. Booking and Payment:

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment via PayPal or bank transfer.

Payment must be made at the time of reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will not be refunded.

3. Security Deposit:

A security deposit of €200 is required at the time of booking. This will be refunded upon check-out, subject to property inspection.

4. Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in Time: After 3:00 PM

Check-out Time: By 11:00 AM

5. Use of Property:

The property is to be used solely as a holiday rental. No commercial activities are allowed without prior written consent from the landlord.

6. House Rules:

No smoking inside the property.

No pets allowed.

Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

7. Maintenance and Damages:

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Any damages should be reported immediately.

Guests must leave the property in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Any extra cleaning required may result in additional charges.

8. Liability:

ARTC Solution is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.

ARTC Solution is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.

9. Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of Italy.
